About me

Rafael Ortiz is an expert in international marketing, sales and channel distribution management. His professional experience has been always linked to multinational companies where he has led multidisciplinary teams present in several countries.

Among the various positions of responsibility he has held, we can highlight the last ones in Graco, a world leader in its sector, where he was country manager and head of operations in Spain to look after sales in Southern Europe and the European Solutions Division, from which position also led some integration operations through acquisition. He is currently Sales & Marketing Director for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

He is a blogger and a frequent speaker at international conferences in the industrial sector and in business schools (IE Business School, ICAI-ICADE). He is also academic partner of CESOL for the program European Adhesive Engineer.

He holds a PDD at ESADE Business School (Madrid).

Rafael Ortiz es experto en marketing, ventas y gestión de canales de distribución. Su experiencia profesional ha estado siempre ligada a compañías multinacionales donde ha liderado equipos multidisciplinares presentes en varios países.

Entre los distintos puestos que ha ocupado destacan los últimos en Graco, compañía líder en su sector, donde ha sido responsable para España primero y del Sur de Europa después y finalmente responsable de la División de Soluciones para Europa, posición desde la que lideró también operaciones de integración de empresas por adquisición. Actualmente es Director de Marketing y Ventas para la región EMEA (Europa, Medio Oriente y África).

Es blogger y conferenciante habitual en congresos internacionales del sector industrial y en escuelas de negocio (IE Business School, ICAI-ICADE). Es también colaborador académico de CESOL en la titulación de Ingeniero Europeo de Adhesivos.
